Let the Forest Echo with Laughter Once More…

Learning through play, exploration and discovery is an essential part of early years education.

Imagine…

Outdoor learning involving nature play not only improves the health and wellbeing of our children, it helps build their confidence levels and nurtures a lifelong love of the natural world and all life.

Spending time around trees and looking at trees reduces stress, lowers blood pressure and improves mood. Time in nature opens our hearts and makes us realise we are part of nature too.

When we spend time in nature, our brain behaves differently and so too do our hearts and spirit. When I walk into the forest, I have arrived home.

Happy, Happy Friday Beautiful People – Wishing you a magical and enchanting weekend in nature, with love Marghanita and the little forest fairies xx
