Adults Suffer from Nature Deficit Disorder Too!
Richard Louv’s phrase “Nature deficit Disorder” referes to the growing trend of human alienation from nature resulting in “diminished use of the senses, attention difficulties and higher rates of physical and emotional illness.”
In our latest video, I talk about how Nature Art can benefit Adults too – how it makes us Healthier and Happier…stay tuned!
Nature Art is good for our health, body, mind and spirit. The natural environment allows all our senses to be engaged and there is no better place to be inspired to Create!
Will be sharing the video next week – until then wishing you all a beautiful and enchanting weekend, with love and gratitude on this sacred new day, Marghanita x
